22:03 - Our monitoring team detected connectivity issues affecting some customers.
23:03 - Our monitoring team detected additional connectivity issues and raised the issue with data centre staff who started investigating.
23:41 - We have been made aware of switching issues within the data center and that data centre staff are working to locate and rectify to problem as quickly as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue which is outside of our control.

09:47 - All primary connectivity issues have been resolved. Some customers may experience intermittent access issues to some websites as DNS records resolve.
We are still investigating the cause of this interruption. Based on our findings and where possible we will implement changes to mitigate the risk of further disruption as planned maintenance.
